Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Euclide Ouimet can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

At the Glengarry Memorial Hospital on Monday, December 9, 2019. Euclide Ouimet of Alexandria; age 92 years. Beloved husband of the late Cécile Ouimet (née Poirier). Loving father of Jean-Marie (Jane), Michel (Marc) and Yves (Carole). Cherished grandfather of Joelle (Andy O'Neil), Sylvain, Stephane (Natalie), Steve and Simon, and great-grandfather of Ellie, Tenly, Melodie, Samuel, Sacha and Sebastien. Dear brother of Lucien (Yollande), Claude (Denise), Georgette Emond (Edmond), and Denise Gagnon (Fernand). Predeceased by one son Richard (Madeleine), two daughters Ginette and Paulette, three brothers René, Lionel and Archie, and by his parents Albert and Irène Ouimet (née Sauvé). Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772) on Thursday, December 12, 2019 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm and on Friday from 9:30 am until 10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Église Sacré-Coeur on Friday, December 13, 2019 at 11 am. Spring Interment Parish Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Euclide a tree will be planted in a Memory Woods.
