Peacefully at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on Thursday, January 9, 2020. Virginia Lee Callan (née Andrews) of Lancaster; age 75 years. Beloved wife of Donald M. Callan. Loving mother of Donald A. Callan (Shannon). Cherished grandmother of Corey and Samantha and several great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Karen Horner (Daryl), Barbara Marzano (Nick), Betty Dupuis and Bruce Hyderman (Susan); sister-in-law of Ken Dupuis. Predeceased by her parents Charles and Georgina Andrews (née Covington) (late Benjamin Hyderman). She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements under the care and direction of Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 46 Oak Street, Lancaster, ON (613-347-3629). As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Charity of your Choice would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Virginia, a tree will be planted in a memory woods. A tree grows – memories live.
