In a celebration of Rodney’s life and in support of his family during these times, we are reaching out to the local agricultural community, and all who knew him to say a final goodbye on Thursday, June 25th. We will make a line-up of tractors, Ag vehicles and pickup trucks through the Williamstown Fairgrounds, along the Peanut Line, and up Johnson Road (County Road 19). Rodney’s family will drive through on their way to a private funeral and graveside service. We ask that everyone stand by their vehicles and respect current physical distancing guidelines. We are hoping that tractors start to arrive at 12 pm and followed by trucks and cars, having everyone in place by 1 PM. The family will be driving through at 1:30 PM.
Rodney was a great friend and colleague, well respected in the ag community, and everyone who met him remembered who he was. Our goal with the celebration is to help show his family how much impact he had on all of us. We hope to see you there!
