At the Glengarry Memorial Hospital on Monday, May 4, 2020. Robert Laurier Simard of Monkland, formerly Montreal; age 74 years. Beloved husband of Eileen Simard (née Ryan). Loving father of Robert, Peter (Michelle) and Rachel. Dear brother of Ronald (Donna), Francine (Michael), Christine (late Larry), Joanne (John) and Donna (Jacques). Predeceased by his parents Donat Simard and Anna Riga. Proud Poppa of Gabrielle, Victoria, MaKenna and Kailyn. He will be deeply missed by his many nieces, nephews and extended family. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 20 Main St. South, Maxville (613-527-2898). A private visitation and prayer service will be held in the future.
