At home on Wednesday, January 1, 2020. Pauline Dupont (née Patenaude) of Cornwall, formerly of Greenfield; age 83 years. Beloved wife of Jean-Pierre Dupont, and by a previous marriage to the late Frederick Lavigne. Loving mother of Bernie Lavigne (Francine) of Limoges, Ron Lavigne of Cornwall, Lorraine Lavigne (Kevin O'Brien) of Cornwall, Helen MacDonald (Glenn) of Greenfield, and Maureen Lavigne (Mark McKendrick) of Casselman. Dear sister of Jacques "John" Patenaude (Carol) of Hamilton. Predeceased by her son Francis "Frank" Lavigne, her daughter Lise Nickerson, her brother Jean-Paul Patenaude, her sister Cécile Lavigne, and by her parents Romuald and Noella Patenaude (née Laplante). Also survived by 15 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772) on Saturday, January 4, 2019 from 11 am until the time of the Funeral Service in the Chapel of the Munro & Morris Funeral Home at 1 pm. Cremation to follow. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Kidney Foundation or to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Pauline a tree will be planted in a Memory Woods.
