I have very fond memories of Fr/Msgr McDougald, both as our priest at St. Raphael's and as friend to my parents, Cuthbert and Teresa. Whether joining special family celebrations or providing spiritual guidance, he was always kind and generous with his time. It will be difficult to forget his boisterous laugh which was so contagious. My thoughts are with his family.

A very kind and generous man. He was of much assistance in assembling the Clan MacMillan plaque.
