Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Madeleine Laporte can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: Dan Laporte
Condolence: Sincere condolences to all of Madeleine's close family at this time. I sadly hadn't seen Madeleine for a number of years before her passing, but I fondly remember visiting her, Robert, and Darl at their home with my family. I mostly remember the pride she took in her home, and card games around the kitchen table, with everyone using wooden match sticks as betting chips. Both she and Darl were strong personalities. She was tough, funny, and sharp witted and will be missed.

Condolence From: Betty Fleurie (Laporte) and the Blaauw family.
Condolence: Deepest sympathy to Rita and Lucien. I remember Madeleine with only the fondest of memories and it is unfortunate that years and distances tend to keep families so far apart.
