At the Maxville Manor on Sunday, February 16, 2020. Helena Zmijewski (née Modzelewska) of Moose Creek; age 97 years. Beloved wife of the late Tadeusz Zmijewski. Loving mother of Andrew (Johanne) and Barbara (Tadeusz). Cherished grandmother of Caroline (Ben) and great-grandmother of Ella and Olivia. Predeceased by her parents Antoni and Stanislawa Modzelewski and by sisters Marie, Janina, Millie and Diane. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church, Moose Creek on Monday, May 11, 2020 at 11 am. Interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society or to the Wildlife Conservation Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
