C’est avec beaucoup de tristesse que nous annonçons le décès de Monsieur Gilles Séguin à l’Hôpital Montfort de Ottawa, samedi le 7 janvier 2023 à l’âge de 85 ans.
Cher époux de Marie-Jeanne (Gareau) Séguin. Cher frère de Gaetan Séguin, Marcel Séguin, Odette Séguin et Yvonne Vaillancourt (Guy). Précédée par ses parents Blanche et Albini Séguin de Glen Robertson et par sa sœur Georgette Brazeau, feu de Viateur Brazeau. Gilles manquera à plusieurs neveux, nièces, voisins et amis.
Famille et amis sont priés de se réunir à l’Église du Sacré Cœur, 225 rue Main Sud, Alexandria, On, samedi le 14 janvier 2023 à 10h00 à 11h00. Une messe funéraire chrétienne sera célébrée à 11h00. Inhumation au printemps à la paroisse Saint-Martin de Tours à Glen Robertson.
Au lieu de fleurs, des dons commémoratifs à la société canadienne pulmonaire seraient appréciés par la famille.

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mr. Gilles Séguin at the Montfort Hospital in Ottawa, Saturday January 7, 2023 at the age of 85.
Dear husband of Marie-Jeanne (Gareau) Séguin. Dear brother of Gaetan Séguin, Marcel Séguin, Odette Séguin and Yvonne Vaillancourt (Guy). Predeceased by his parents Blanche and Albini Séguin of Glen Robertson and by his sister Georgette Brazeau, late Viateur Brazeau. Gilles will be missed by many nephews, nieces, neighbors and friends.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the Church of the Sacred Heart, 225 Main Street South, Alexandria, On, Saturday January 14, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. A Christian funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Burial in the spring at the parish of Saint-Martin de Tours in Glen Robertson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Lung Society would be appreciated by the family.
