At the Ottawa Civic Hospital on Monday, November 25, 2019. Gilles Henri Aubin of Bainsville; age 69 years. Beloved husband of the late Lynda Gibbs-Gerelus. Loving father of Anick Aubin of Alexandria, Melanie Gemin of Casselman, and Chantelle Aubin of Alliston, Ontario. Cherished grandfather of Sebastien Aubin, Clodie-Simone Lamoureux, and Catherine Gemin. Dear brother of Claude Aubin (Lise) of Cornwall, Ghislaine Beaudette (Pierre Renaud) of Cornwall, Ronald Aubin (Ginette) of Alexandria, and Raymond Aubin (Carole) of Vankleek Hill. Dear son of the late Alexandre and Liliane Aubin (nee Burelle). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772) on Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm and on Friday from 9:30 am - 10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Église Sacré-Coeur, Alexandria on Friday, December 6, 2019 at 11 am. Cremation will follow. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Gilles a tree will be planted in a Memory Woods.
