At the Palace Long Term Care on Sunday, November 24, 2019. Elizabeth Renaud (née King) of Alexandria; age 90 years. Beloved wife of the late George Renaud and the late Henri Lapointe. Loving mother of Margaret Duggan (Robert) of Burlington, ON and Edmund Renaud (Gail) of Summerstown, ON. Cherished grandmother of Albert (Chantal) and Teresa and great-grandmother of Peyton. Survived by her brother Rosario (late Isabella and late Betty) and by 2 sisters Marcella Doré (Lionel) and Anita Charlebois (Robert). Predeceased by her parents the late Carson King Sr. and the late Hermine King (née Bergeron) and by 4 brothers; the late Carson Jr. (Kathleen), late Alex (Simonne), late Rene (Lucy), and late Lionel (Jackie), and by 2 sisters; the late Dorothy (late Leo & late Doug) and late Agnes (late Victor). Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria, (613) 525-2772 on Friday, November 29, 2019 from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 – 10:15 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Raphael’s Catholic Church on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 11 a.m. Interment, St. Raphael’s Parish Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Elizabeth, a tree will be planted in Memory Woods. A tree grows – memories live.
