Passed away at home on Wednesday, October 16, 2019. Donald Leo Russell of Apple Hill; age 78 years. Beloved husband of Eliette Russell (nee Decoste). Loving father of Brenda Van Riel (Bill) of Maxville, Dean Russell (Evelyn) of Green Valley, Dave Russell (Sandra) of Martintown, and Don Russell (Joanne) of Cobden. Cherished grandfather of Christina (Joshua), Steven (Kristen), Shannon, Meghan, Sydney, Quinn, and great grandfather of Matthew, Cassandra, and Audrey. Dear brother of Lorraine MacDonald (late Ewen), JoAnn Boyer (Jacques), Claire Rines (late Skip), Earl (Lorraine), Barbara Allinott (Allan), Theresa Pilon (late Roger), Kenny (Bonnie), Gail Donohue (Bill), Marlene Rockburn (Kirk), Rosalie Dale (Rick). In keeping with Sonny's wishes there will be no visitation or Funeral Service. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772). As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
