My sincere condolences to Catherine’s family. Catherine was so happy when I started to work at the nursing home. She had a great big smile. I would chat with- tell her something from Dalkeith or Laggan. She enjoyed going to the movies in Cornwall from the home. Sad to hear about her passing - now she will be at peace.

Dear Gordon and Sandy and Joyce and the rest of Catherine's family, just a few days ago I was thinking of "Auntie Kay/Katherine" (she liked her name spelt with a K), and then yesterday morning got the news from my family that she's passed away. Like the rest of you, it is leaving us , her neighbours across the fields, or around by the road, very saddened. We loved her. So many memories of her and you boys over at our farm. And her crumb cake! And her leaning with her back against the wood stove with her arms folded, and a gentle chuckle. She and you guys were definitely part of our growing up years. We send our love. God be with her and you, until and after we meet again.
